In 2006, 2007 and 2008 Carmen Ballering created and put on a large balloon art exhibit at the Milwaukee Mitchell Park Domes. 110,000 balloons were donated by Betallic Balloons to create the 2008 event. Oh, my! Here are some photos from those events.
